Protecting the Niagara Escarpment

CELA is a founding member of the Coalition on the Niagara Escarpment and has been involved in periodic reviews of the Niagara Escarpment Plan and the legislatively mandate reviews of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act. As well, CELA counsel have frequently represented citizens groups in their efforts to protect this internationally-recognized natural heritage feature.
